A service contract will be drafted and presented to the owner
outlining the scope of services to be undertaken. Typically our
contracts propose lump sums for specific aspects of the project.
A fee schedule, general conditions and signature lines will accompany
the contract. Permits will be ascertained at the onset of the
construction from the necessary municipality or state agency.
Fees will be charged directly to owner.
Should the owner want to make a change the project during the
construction a Change Orders will be prepared to augment the original
scope of services. These will also include a fee schedule and
signature lines.
