When we design a landscape we develop the plant schedule based on numerous factors and have a vision of how we would like those plants to mature over time. After we plant them without the proper care their fate can take a much different path than the one which we intended. Routine pruning and shaping are necessary for most plants to provide the ideal ultimate habit.
Additionally, most plants benefit from the periodic application of fertilizer(s). Knowledge of a plant's specific nutritional needs and the appropriate season in which to fertilize the plant is a skill that BioCare possess. We will only use fertilizers that do not require an applicator's license, generally because they are the ones that are organic and hence have pose no threat to the larger environment. If we diagnose a plant's need for fertilization that we are unable to provide, then a qualified company will be contracted to perform the task.
