Conceptual Plan Preparation |

If more detail is required a base map is prepared by combining the
information provided by the owner with the field information gathered
during the site analysis. This drawing will represent most site
elements but does not constitute a full survey prepared by a Licensed
Engineer. 
Once the drawing begins the design concept
usually reveals itself as the forms are selected. Usually more than one
layout option will be envisioned by the designer. The best will
be documented and details developed. Presentation sketches and
plans will be created to bring to the client.
