Preliminary design meeting |

Process
|
 A preliminary design
meeting is held with the perspective client at either the project
location or in our office. This time is used to develop the
project program. Our design team learns about the property and
the client’s “wish list.” The owner may be given some feedback by the
designer but it is premature to render many design decisions before
studying the site further.
